Gerard those tire look right for that rim.
Are you sure we have the same rims.
I was expecting more tire bulge.
My front rims are only 12" wide and the back is 16" wide
The Michelins chart says 20.8r38 will fit my 16"A rim but
chart says 16.9r28 will fit a 14" - 15" rim
