You can make a post in that thread if you have something to add to it or just make a blank post in that thread with NT ( no text), a period or the word "following" in the message body area. (You can't make a blank post)

Once you have posted in the thread if you click on "your active threads" on the main page (screenshot below) showing all the forums that thread will be one that you can quickly find and open to see additional comments since it is one that you have previously posted in.

Otherwise you can just copy and paste the link in the address bar to an email draft or Word document to have a clickable link back to it in the future.
