EC-C-MO		Definitely on the trial and error, a built in year 1926 Lodge and Shipley, all kinds of adjusting for the adjustment slop. Are there any standard tapers or just numerous for the applications? I'll look in the Martin book, ---no luck with the book. Is it possible to change the shaft to straight sided? Maybe setting up a jig involving a tool post grinder on a lathe.
