Sac & Story county IA
I have a large single phase motor that had a start switch that I thought was inadequate. I put a setup on it that when you hold start button down, the start circuit is engaged. When you let off start switch, start circuit is not powered. A second set of normally open contacts on start switch that operates a relay of proper amperage. Sort of like starting an engine. Let off starter when it is running.

If you want a centrifugal switch, google it and you will have hours of reading and looking.
