I have just started using Facebook to find the last couple of milkers. I would think for more skilled people you will have to pay well for your area. For cropping help look for someone who is retired maybe, for cow help you might have to check with the DASC department at VT. Church, Farm Bureau, or even your Farm Credit loan officer might know of someone too.
