There were looking for 2 guys where my BIL works and used Facebook as one way to get word out.
My son who owns his own landscaping company has about 6 guys hired all of the time. He says the same thing that Facebook has worked good for him to hire new employees. As you know he has always said keeping good employees is his biggest headache.
