Dublin, VA | What ways do you use to find more help when you need it. I have used Craigslist, indeed, county school ag department, and local collage, but it is hard to find someone with enough interest in farming. We are crops and dairy but robots do the milking so it not like it's a bunch of time in the parlor. Downside of robots it does take people who can handle multiple tasks.
