Morris, IL | When would you shoot to start this process Kip? I've seeded oats in august as cover and they never went to seed before we mowed and strip tilled. I'm young guy so you'll have to forgive me i'm not familiar with all these different crops timing wise. Nothing would grow right now, just have to wait for rain. Not sure if we should try and throw something out there not right along with corn and like other guy said mow corn down or what. We seeded grass driveway into corn stalks one time just broadcast and rolled it down that was great stand. | |
