What grade oil are you running? I have Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel 5W40 in mine. It has never gone past 90, but it seldom goes below 20 down here. Usually runs about 65 PSI at 2000 rpm and slightly below 30 at idle. I have 65K on mine.
