Did a test crimp today on a piece of 4 gauge battery cable with a smaller copper eyelet for that size. Sorry did not have camera with me at the time. Used die #25 and crimped it on. Put the eyelet in a vise and pulled on the wire as hard as I could and could not pull it out. That's a good solid bond in my book that I think will work well for my needs. Only thing I saw was it can be a bit awkward to hold tool and get eyelet and wire all in the right place at the same time. Placing eyelet and snugging up die on it without beginning to crimp helps then it's just hold the wire in the eyelet and pump handle to complete the crimp.
