I know what you mean, I have the same problem here with the help talking/text msging to momma/girlfriends while working. With all the unlimited minutes they buy on the cells, they think they need to be on them ALL the time.
& those H2As seem to be the worse. Should be mandotory that they speak/understand ENGLISH befor being allowed in.
