NC Ohio | Has anybody had a problem with the pulley on the header drive coming off. We have had it happen last season and replaced sheave and shaft. And had it come off again this year. We put new little ball and set screws and new roll pin in last year and still had it come off this year again. It ruined shaft and sheave again. It really seems like a poor fix the way JD holds it on there. Dealer said I need to loctite Sheave onto shaft. I am waiting on parts now. Any other ideas would be great. Thanks | |
