Silver Lake, Minnesota | Its for real and not a ploy. I just got all of my 08 orders caught up and 09 filled. All came as they said. I wish this hadnt had happened to such a great company. I have been with them for years and have never had a problem till this mess. I must have been one of the few that they communicated well with. I was put in a bad position when all this went down, as were many of us. But once they communicated the situation and that we would be taken care of it got better.
I can only imagine how many people will pass up their great prices because of a one time delema that they were forced into.
