USA | This ground has been far sale as a pacakage deal. Don't know exactly how many acres total, but somewhere in the 6000 to 7000 acre area. I was told $ 39 million would buy the whole thing. I know some of it is rented for next year and is not located in the plats they are showing.
Where it is located , probably won't be too many bargains, even with all the economic turmoil that is going on. However if McCain had been elected instead of Obama, it would probably bring more than what it brings, due to the uncertainty with coal that Obama brings.
