It greatly depends on soil type, OM, CEC, what type of climate you live in, the list goes on.
Even on the same farm, there might be close to all of it, are close to non of it. It just depends.
Without more background information, all you can do from the responses you get is take the one that sounds like what you want to hear, and call that the answer that it will be.
