| Ammonium is pretty stable, but don't count on it staying stable forever. The nitrogen cycle is pretty dynamic and there are way too many variables (environmental conditions) that will impact the available forms of nutrients. I don't think even the best soil scientists have a definitive answer to your question. There isn't even any guarantee that all the phos you are spreading is going to be available by spring. Depends a lot on what type of clays are in your soil, pH, Ca, etc. etc.
There is simply no way to know for sure. It makes sense to me to apply the fertilizer as close to when the plant needs it as possible.
