I heard a research scientist comment on the technology today, he likened it to throwing a pail of salt in the ocean, sure it might do something, but not much. He doesn't think much of it or the data they have on their website, nor can he figure out why farmers would pay $60,000 to use no fertilizer. I got a similar response from some extension agronomists this summer. Their website data is unimpressive, especially the onfarm data. The first year results of Dr. Bailey's work was also unimpressive, but it got quite dry so it will be interesting to see what they come up with this year. I'm glad to see they are subjecting their technology to some credible research, I suppose I should be more open minded. It kind of seems like the mother of all snake oils to me, its big money to purchase the contraption and then you actually have to pay to use it every year, unbelievable.
