Durch, do you run the moldboards to pull up clay and mix with the sand?? Do you have a problems getting into the field to run sandfighters after the crop is up where you have run switch plows?? Do you plant peanuts on the same ground each year or are you rotating??
I am east of Lubbock and most people quit breaking ground a few years ago. It was costing to much to water behind them and of course RR cotton helped with turning under the weeds.
