NC Iowa | the lack of communication is what buggs me also. they have made no attempt to keep me posted on what happened, or what to expect. i have been with them since their 2nd year. a letter or phone call to the customers involved would have gone a long way towards rebuilding the relationship. i would say their days of getting prepay money to operate on are over. many others now are also.
is there any criminal charges against anyone involved in the 'disapearance'.
