Rolla, ND | It's not snake oil. It micronutrients. It contains, zinc oxide, orthoboric acid, citric acid, and a dash of sodium molybdate.
So you are using some zinc (4.5%), some boron (4%), and a little molybdenum (0.002%), in a chelated form.
I wouldn't have much trouble here finding sites responsive in corn and flax to zinc. I'm sure a mojor company wouldn't have any problem finding some somewhere in the US either, throw in a bit of boron deficient sites and so on.
Responses can be rather dramatic when micros are deficient. But the majority of sites probably won't respond at all.
So the question is, are you deficient in those particular micros? If so then the remaining question would only be this product or a different one.
Note that even a nonsnakeoil product can be marketed like a snakeoil product. I really can't speak to the marketing you are encountering.
Hope that helps. | |
