I have an '06 f150 king ranch crew cab and I couldn't ask for a better truck. Its a fairly smooth ride and very quiet. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I think this is an great ruck line. Much more stout that the previous f150. You can use it like you should be able to use a truck.
