Subject: Regarding that plateau effect, in regard to racing



Brazilton KS		Does it seem a little strange that the FIA changes rules 'to slow the cars' and within a half season the teams are achieving essentially the same performance in spite of the new restrictions which should be reducing it? Drop a couple cylinders and a half litre or so? So what? Make it last two events? No problem. Limit revs? Big deal. Choke down the electronics? Yeah, okay. And every time the lap times creep right back down to the same level.


Received the package you sent. Those are a lot more substantial reports then I was expecting!....I was thinking a few pages each which you might just print. How soon do you need them back? We're going to have to finish cutting beans before I can sift through them....some of the articles are kinda thick.....and the authors who do not speak (or think in) English don't help alot. Looks quite interesting though.
