Premiums vary here in Ontario, anywhere from $.50/bu for generic non gmo white eyes, up to $4.25/bu for IP non gmo's, its all variety specific. Generally speaking though premiums are in the $2.25-2.50 range, with bonuses for signing up early( i believe $.60/bu but dont quote me on that one ), and minimum premiums if the beans dont make grade ($1.00/bu)
