north central Oklahoma | Did I misinterpret your question. N is coming down in our area. I won't say what, yous guys might come and get it all. It's down nearly 40% though from last fall's highs in NH3 anyway.
BTW, if anyone remembers, I did get out of my prepay contract. It had expired. They probably thought I was going to use it for application this fall on wheat ground. It was for this winter's application for spring crops. Nonetheless, it expired. Elevator manager said they went through a lot more NH3 this fall than normal, much of which was sold outside our normal trade area, so they got rid of all that they had priced at higher levels. Se he was very accomodating and allowed those of us with locked in contracts to exit it. It may not happen like this the next time, but it did this time anyway. | |
