Draper head is the best thing to happen since sliced bread. When you get a hurricane in, it usually blows all the rice flat on the ground, and you are picking the entire green plant up and running it through the combine, slow process. In 05, pre-Katrina we were averaging about 120-150 acres a day with three 2388's, post-Katrina we were doing 45 on a good day. Running 8010's now, and they are a beast in down rice, and that rotor reverser is awesome. | |
