I agree with the above about the washing.. I also worry about drying out to much in a dry spring.. Hate to put furrow openers on to find mositure.. Sometimes we get 85-90 degrees and strong winds in April, and worked ground can dry out pretty fast, but on the other hand, one will get in much earlier in the worked strips before it has a chance to dry out. I wish we had a tool just to get the fert in the ground where u wanted it, but just leave the ground a "little" black so it dries out just quicker, and not down to the bottom of the work zone.. | |
