35 miles south of Houston,TX
This was planted the 18th of March and had to flush to get it up. Emergence was april 4th. Second crop rarely comes off without cutting a rut. This variety of rice [cocodrie] has been the mainstay here is TX. We finished first harvest the 10th of August. Which was a little later than usual. Cool spring I think.
