IL | I will testify that I had ZERO problems with mud this yr, and I will attribute that to my minimal tillage. "most" any field in my area that is in a deep tillage rotation has very deep ruts ( there are exceptions, of course), UNLESS it is pattern tiled. The tiling contractors cannot keep up this fall. A combination of extra money and wet spring and wet fall .
Several combines with rubber tracks found their limit, and needed help getting out. | |
