I see alot of it too. No-till does work here and very well since we are in sandy soils. My inlaws are a good example. They make 4 trips in the fall. They shred stalks, disc stalks, haul liquid pig manure and then chisel it in. Then in the spring they spread manure, then chisel it in again and then field cultivate before they plant. Granted they are mostly irrigated with a lot of residue but they could elimante at least 2 of those trips. But what ever floats your boat.
