Personally, I've always thought if the CCE is above 90, why mess w/adjusting? I personally doubt the 90% accuracy of spreader trucks trying to dump 2000-6000# of material in 43,560 sq ft anyway. Could be wrong though. Also, the rate recommendation is often highly rounded up/down.

But-I could be wrong.
