we have roasted some corn and beans for beef but mainly beans for dairy. the roasted beans will be more digestible and you have more fat with the roasted compared to meal. The crude protein runs between 38 - 42% on the roasted beans. the growing conditions and variety of soybean make a difference on the protein. I have not run any test on the new beans coming in this year. Good luck and let me know how the beans work for you.
