West Texas | I think they have just moved further north Bill. When my boss had the hunting lease ranch at Ranger you had to watch where you stepped. There are millions of mounds there. Probably 50-75 mounds an acre if not more.
Just hope they don't make it outhere to west Texas. Same as chiggers, I had never been bothered by chiggers untill I went to that place.
Bad thing was, we'd work outhere all day long getting covered by them, then jump in the truck and drive home for 3-4 hrs giving them time to atach themselves. I think I even had a family of them in my truck.
Only rained 0.2" here but in town they 1.5". | |
