All this, and more, is already happening. It does cause problems, in much the same way any technology has been abused by idiots in order to cause trouble. Drones, guns, cars, motorcycles, tractors, tanks, computers, phones, the list is endless. Show me any piece of useful technology, and I can show you at least one case of a dipstick using it to cause trouble.
