Subject: RE: thinking about getting into cattle

starting out small is great advice but just like most businesses your usaly dealing with alot more than just cattle. like insurance and outside factors. both of my Grandpa's where cattle men. if you ever want the down to earth truth about cattle ask an elder person thats been in the biz aka a whole lot of info not in the books.

i think there changing the laws about manure management or atleast thats what i heard.
i good flexable vet goes along ways.

i'll give an example of dealing with more than the product.

just saw a man selling a hot dog on tv. ok whats the difference between me making the hot dog and a famouse celbratiy aka its the outside factors and not the hot dogs that is making the biz.
i can name a thousand examples. but my point boils back to understanding not only the cattle biz but all the supporting factors including markets and a long list.
