IL | All but done. I have 25 ac of beans still a bit green. Cut 200 ac of 3.5 beans that were dead ripe. Have one neighbor with all the tillage done. I would say 95% of all crops are out (99% of the corn). It is SO DRY AND DUSTY. Tiling contractor stopped by twice in a week to try to get business. Finally told him (sorry , short crop, no money) He said they have dug down 10' in places, and no moisture. most ponds are dry. I ran a borrowed Aerway over my wheat stubble today, and that is where I found the most moisture. I saw one field ripped that only made 100 bu corn, and it looked like flour. If we don't get much rain, that soil will end up in the next township. btw doubling my wheat acres this year. Could be too dry for wheat to sprout
