We fed a few groups of Porkworks pigs about 6-7 years ago. Everything was pretty much as they stated. Health of the arriving pigs was good. You were able to deduct for deads/near deads and culls/obvious poor doers on arrival.

I don't recall what they claimed for $/space but I do remember figuing that we added about a dollar per bushel to the value of our own corn.
