I wouldn't put Valor on in the fall. The best and cheapest way to get rid of winter annuals in this part of the country is a 1/2 oz of Canopy EX, with crop oil and 24D.
Probably not going to find Valor a whole lot cheaper than $53 per lb. This is a bad time of year to get any deals on chemicals.
