Lancaster, OH | You're right on the "yield protector" piece. The genetics are very important. However, with some insect or herbicide pressure, and as close as some of the top competitors are in yield, the "yield protection" piece can make an inferior set of genetics win in yield. When I could get 5-6 bushels in yield from the crop safety on RRC with Roundup, that would separate a lot of plot winners. | |
