Alton, Ia | All else being equal, do the dry first. Since it matured earlier, you may be seeing stalk breakdown issues there, so get'r done.
However, if any of your others has stalkrot, wet/standing water potential, etc. you may want to do them sooner.
We do some corn on corn each year. My goal is to get the fields going back to corn done first, and getting the stalks worked soon after. The more time I get for stalk breakdown before freeze up the better next spring. | |
