We have sold strip till units into France and Germany which are working well last I heard. But it is a big jump for most Western European farmers who are used to using vertical power harrows, etc. I do suggest you talk to Dr. Tony Vyn at Purdue. He could save you a lot of trouble and expense.

Eastern Europe may be another situation but I would caution you - this is not as easy as it may look. Good luck.
