Fill it within a couple of days (up to 20%) and then let it sit for 48 hours to go through a heat cycle.  Do not start your fans too soon.  Let it heat up to sweat the moisture out.  Then fire up the fans and blow that heat and moisture out of the bin.  It should cool down.  Freeze it when winter hits and forget about it until summer.
