It's been a challenging harvest so far. Moisture is all over the place. Yields are variable, but pretty good overall. Tonight it was 15.2 to 16.1. Water pump went out of the 9600 last night. I noticed a big glob of snot under the blowby tube very early this morning which explains all the blowby I saw last night. Spent most of the day R&R'ing the water pump today, changind the oil, etc. Finally got going again around 1600. Lori snapped a few shots. This 42 acre field is averaging 157 bpa currently. The range is 234 to 112 bpa.

Running again.

Lodged corn on the head. What a pain in the arse. It was like walking on ice trying to negotiate the divider points. I busted my shins up pretty good getting the jams cleared.

Good running finally.

Back view.

Unloading.
