  depends on a few things.  How much green is in it.   rotaries tend to rope if things are wet.  We run a walker  combine settings we use are. Cylinder speed about 700. quarter inch on the back of concave. fan speed slow sieves mostly closed.  it will be trial and error from there.I would start with rotor speed medium high and work down concave close and move to open.Fan slow and work your way up,same with sieves. Usually start when 75 percent of buckwheat is black, the other 25 percent will ripen on it's own in the bin. If moisture is high get it unloaded and in the bin with air on it or it will be super hot in the morning. wil then ruin it for seed.
