SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ | I wonder how many have actually LOOKed at there tax situation. I was shocked, 5$ plus corn and 12$ plus beans adds up to alot of money compared to other years. I have already bought and paid for my 2009 N last spring at much lower prices then today, also have my chems bought and paid for.Bought it and then forward contracted the grain to pay for it. What other way was there to do it???Hog barns supply my P and K. Thank goodness. Laoding ,sorting,and washing barns is alot of work but paying dividends now.
With cash rents going up probably won't need as many deductions next year. I don't see our average price on grains being as good as last year either. | |
