Remove your feederhouse and put in one of St. John's rebuilt concaves, yours is rounded like mine was and it is finished. Take every other wire out. Take a close look at his rebuilt bars, lay a straight edge across them to find the best ones (the ones I took were not level, and went back) and replace your bars too. I would imagine your machine was having much trouble getting any throughput with the materials in your pics. If you can't find any good bars from St.John's, get the best chrome loween bars you can find. This concave will shell out the greenest beans you can cut and not crack.
