You need to know a little about the fans to figure the cfm, and it helps to know the static pressure (air). I would think that bin is WAY "underfanned" for that amount of roof vents and size. At least you have the ability to expand in the future. Are they Axial or centrifugal fans? A 30000+ bu 48' bin I used in the past had three 25hp high speed centrifugal fans on it, but NO roof vents. I could leave the fill door (3 feet diameter) open and the roof would still "inflate" when all three fans were running. I would think a 42 foot bin with 10000 bu in it could easily be dried from 20%, but I sure wouldn't bet $40,000 worth of corn on it.
