Welcome! What is the most challenging things you are working with as an agronomist in Washington state?

For me in Ohio it is resistant weeds, planting on time, notill challenges, crop rotation and trying to outguess the weather with wet years followed by dry years.

Hope we all find the exchange meaningful.
