That is a 16 foot, 2 motor - fan unit. Around 20 years old. (I dunno how long they made them.) Centrifugal or axial fans?
Look to see if it has been cleaned out when it is not being used. Corrosion under the metering rolls and bottom auger.
Typical Minnesotan opinion about them "it could be worse"
