No it should bounce back after the 2nd Year. All this hoopala in the magazines about big yield drags in corn on corn I believe to be a little BS. The worst drag you will see is your second year of corn after that is back to normal. Here in northern IL I know many other farmers who have grown continuous corn for years and years some upwards of 20. They all same the same thing 2nd year corn is only yield drag. One of my very good friends claim his 3rd year and on corn is better than corn after beans.
