Woodham, Ontario | A front mounted mower gives you all the advantages of a SP disc mower and you can do other work with it too. You can drive just as fast with a tractor as with a SP (or at least I can!) You can see the corner of the mower without turning around in your seat. (setting a mirror works too for pull types). Not really sure how anyone can justify all theat money for just a mower. A SP harvester has the capacity advantage, but a mower doesn't.
We put the front 3pt and PTO on a tractor that we intend to keep for a long time, not one that runs 1300+ hrs a year. | |
